Mikro Coffee Co was born out of great appreciation for the humble coffee bean and a need to produce coffee from which that devotion would be evident. The founder and roaster are both qualified chefs and applied their combined skills into roasting, tasting and blending beans from across the globe in order to produce something that’s more than the sum of its parts. Everything is done by hand and in small batches to ensure quality and consistency that’s scarce in an age pressed for time.
