In true Italian fashion, this blend is roasted a little slower and darker than the rest of Conti Coffee offering. The list of usual suspects are all present (South & Central America, Africa and Asia), which is used to replicate a freshly roasted Italian coffee. Expect a sweeter coffee flavour and cocoa nibs in the cup profile with lower levels of acidity.
