Mama Bongi
Mama Bongi works and bakes in the kitchen at my mentor’s office in Wynberg Chelsea (which is a house) Cape Town. Mama Bongi’s work and business journey has allowed her to send money home to her children (who she had to leave at home in Zimbabwe). Mama Bongi always dreamed of being a teacher and her Mama Bongi cookie business allows her to lift up and teach others to cook. She is now able to improve her kids’ lives as well as those around her. This is a dream come true for Mama Bongi, who has always loved cooking and baking.
