A complex flavour profile for a coffee. It creates a sense initially of a lighter coffee bringing light floral and acidic tones, but seamlessly transitions to that of a more medium roast profile with its grippy caramel flavours and mouth feel. It’s a roasting journey in your mouth. Finishing with dark caramel, lingering, pleasant.
